Procurement Of Office Supplies Repairs And Building Maintenance Tender Notice
Description
Annual framework contract for the financial year 2026-27 for procurement of office stationery, computer stationery, printing items, miscellaneous and electrical items, cleanliness items, exhibition and fair items, furniture repair services, machinery and equipment repair services, transport repair services, lubricants and mobil oil, uniforms and protective clothing, repair and renovation of government and police buildings, boundary walls, residential buildings, annexes and family quarters. Bids shall be submitted in separate technical and financial envelopes. Bid security equal to 3% of the estimated cost in the form of Pay Order or Bank Draft is required. Technical and financial proposals will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day. Successful bidders shall furnish performance guarantee equal to 5% of the total contract value.
