Provide technical consultancy services for gemstone exploration, resource estimation, gemstone evaluation and preliminary economic assessment of the Hunza Ruby Project at Ahmedabad, Hunza, Gilgit-Baltistan under the Single Stage-Two Envelope procurement procedure comprising separate technical and financial proposals. Bid opening will take place at 03:30 PM. Bid security is 2,000,000.00 and bid validity shall remain 90 days.
