Procurement on a lot-wise basis for annual petty repair of police buildings, spare parts and lubricants for vehicles, transport items, repair of machinery, purchase of machinery items, lubricants, printing articles, investigation material, stationery items, computer stationery, internet services, repair of furniture, IT equipment, computer hardware, furniture and fixtures, plant and machinery, hot and cold items, sports items, electronic items, refreshments, miscellaneous items, Muharram, Flood and Chehlum operational supplies including lunch boxes, barbed wire, razor wire and road barriers, electrical, sanitary, cleaning materials, UPS batteries and other store items. Bids shall be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Technical bids will be opened after the submission deadline. Bid security of 3% of the estimated cost of each lot is required and the successful bidder shall furnish a performance guarantee of 5% of the contract value.
