Service Level Agreement For Ct Scan 32 Slice Tender Notice
Description
Bids are invited for a Service Level Agreement for a 32-slice CT Scan system through EPADS under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Eligible bidders must be registered for Income Tax and Sales Tax and appear on the Active Taxpayer List of FBR. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 2026-08-18 at 12:00 PM in the Committee Room of DHQ Teaching Hospital D.I. Khan. Bids shall be submitted electronically through EPADS. A bid security of PKR 500,000 in the form of CDR in the name of MTI DHQ Teaching Hospital D.I. Khan is mandatory. Original CDR shall be submitted physically while all mandatory documents shall be uploaded through EPADS. Bid submission closes at 11:30 AM and technical bids will be opened at 12:00 PM. Manual, courier, postal, fax and email submissions shall not be accepted. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids under KPPRA Rules 2014.
