Procurement Of Office Supplies Event Services And Surveillan Tender Notice
Description
Lot-wise procurement of stationery, office consumables and miscellaneous items - event arrangement services - procurement, installation and commissioning of CCTV surveillance system and walk-through gates. Procurement shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Eligible firms, companies, manufacturers, authorized distributors, dealers and service providers shall hold relevant registrations and active FBR and PRA registrations. Bidders may participate in one or more lots and each lot shall be evaluated and awarded separately. Estimated budgets are Rs. 10 million for office supplies, Rs. 15 million for event arrangement services and Rs. 10 million for CCTV surveillance systems and walk-through gates, with bid security of 2% amounting to Rs. 200,000, Rs. 300,000 and Rs. 200,000 respectively. Manual bids shall not be accepted. Electronic bids will be opened at 12:30 PM.
