Procurement Of Medicines Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of medicines through a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Eligible and experienced bidders shall submit separate technical and financial proposals. Bidding documents may be obtained upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1,000. Bids shall include all applicable government taxes. A bid security equal to 1% of the total bid value in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft shall be attached with the financial bid, otherwise the bid will be treated as non-responsive. Bids will be opened publicly in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. In case of a public holiday or unfavorable circumstances, submission and opening shall take place on the next working day at the same venue and time.
