Provide continuous and uninterrupted management services for passenger lifts installed at the Main Building of the State Bank of Pakistan Head Office Karachi under the Single Stage-Two Envelope Request for Proposal procedure. Bid security of Rs. 200,000 is required and bid validity shall remain 180 days. Financial proposals will be opened at 12:30 AM. Pro Tip: This procurement includes passenger lift maintenance, elevator management, lift operation, preventive maintenance, breakdown services, vertical transportation systems and building facility management services.
