Appointment of external auditors for financial year 2026-27. The procurement follows a Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure using Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) under open competitive bidding. Eligible bidders registered on EPADS v2.0 must submit e-bids through EPADS v2.0; manual submission is not entertained.
