Printing of 250 envelopes using 128 GMS art paper for the annual report, four-colour printing, and 250 copies of the annual report with 4x4 colour printing on 135 grams art paper, finished cover of 350 grams art card with matt finish, two extra colours on the title page, approximately 350 pages plus or minus on a prorate basis, size 8.5 x 11 inches and gum binding, as per specification. The procurement is for goods under a Single Stage-One Envelope procedure and is local in nature. Bidders must participate through EPADS, download the tender document, complete the BOQ, Bid Form or Schedule of Requirement, and upload all duly signed and stamped documents through EPADS. A valid PEC Certificate must be uploaded where required, and the physical bid bond must be deposited with the Tender Room at SSGC Head Office before the bid submission time.
