Annual Framework Contract For Road And Facility Repairs Tender Notice

Annual framework contracts for FY 2026-27 comprising execution of material patchwork on roads within the jurisdiction of Municipal Corporation Faisalabad with estimated cost Rs. 15,000,000 and 5% CDR of Rs. 750,000; restoration of road cuts, PCC, RCC and Tuff Tile with estimated cost Rs. 30,000,000 and 5% CDR of Rs. 1,500,000; repair and rehabilitation of Government residences of Municipal Corporation Faisalabad with estimated cost Rs. 7,500,000; and daily operation, maintenance and repair of Clock Tower, including clock work mechanism, dial and illumination, with estimated cost Rs. 14,000,000 and 5% CDR of Rs. 700,000. Eligible contractors must be experienced, tax-registered, financially sound and enlisted with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category. Bids shall be submitted electronically through Punjab e-PS under single stage single envelope procedure. Bid security equivalent to 5% of estimated cost shall be submitted electronically and physical CDRs, Pay Orders and Bank Guarantees shall not be accepted. Hard copies are not required. The bidding documents are to be opened at 02:00 PM in Iqbal Hall MCF office. Where applicable, performance security of 10% of estimated cost including CDR shall be required through Deposit-at-Call under PLG (Works) Rules-2017.
