Supply And Repair Of Police Department Store Items Tender Notice

Procurement for financial year 2026-27 under framework contract covering hot and cold items - stationery items - machinery items - printing items - vehicle repairs - tyres and tubes - lubricants - purchase and repair of other store articles - machinery purchase - office building repair - diet charges - furniture purchase - plant and machinery. Sealed tenders are invited under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 from government-approved contractors with previous experience and registration with Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax authorities. The financial proposal shall contain rates including all applicable taxes and charges, and bidders must bring samples at tender opening. Bid security is 5% of total estimated cost through Pay Order or Bank Draft, while performance security is 5% of contract value through Call Deposit. The financial proposal of the lowest financially qualified responsive bidder will be accepted. Tenders will be opened at 12:00 PM on 26-08-2026.
