Printing and distribution of consumer bills for sewerage, water supply, commercial, industrial and aquifer services for WASA Rahim Yar Khan for the period July 2026 to June 2027, covering 12 months. The estimated cost is Rs. 19.572 million and digital bid security is 5% amounting to Rs. 0.979 million in favour of Managing Director, WASA Rahim Yar Khan. Procurement shall be conducted through e-PADS under single stage two envelope procedure. Bidders must have at least three years relevant experience and registration with SECP, FBR and PRA, and must upload current financial year certificates including PEC or other applicable registration, SECP, NTN and PRA certificates. E-bids shall be submitted as PDF through e-PADS by 11:00 AM on 26-08-2026 and opened at 11:30 AM the same day. Hard-copy, postal and conditional bids will not be accepted and bid validity is 90 days.
