Hiring of security services for financial year 2026-27 comprising 21 security guards at a monthly rate of Rs. 57,040 per guard, with monthly total of Rs. 1,197,840 and annual total of Rs. 14,374,080 inclusive of all taxes. Bid security is 5% of estimated cost amounting to Rs. 718,704. Firms must have sound financial standing and registration with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities. Tenders shall be submitted online through Punjab e-Procurement System under single stage two envelope procedure, and the lowest-rate firm will be declared successful. The successful firm must ensure salaries are paid to security guards by the 10th of each month according to government-prescribed wage rates.
