Description
Supply of one rail treadle item for Pakistan Railways. Bids are invited from original manufacturers authorized distributors suppliers and contractors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and on the FBR Active Taxpayers List. Procurement is through EPADS v2.0 using open competitive bidding and Least Cost Based Selection in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004. Bid security shall be provided in the form specified in the bidding documents. E-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 by 10:30 AM on the closing date and will be opened at 11:00 AM the same day. Manual submission is not permitted. Pro Tip: This procurement covers railway treadles, railway signalling equipment, track detection components and railway signalling infrastructure.
