Description
Supply of TBN-13-01 material for Pakistan Railways. Bids are invited from original manufacturers authorized distributors suppliers and contractors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and on the FBR Active Taxpayers List. Procurement is through EPADS v2.0 using open competitive bidding and Least Cost Based Selection under Public Procurement Rules 2004. Bid security shall be provided according to the bidding documents. E-bids must be submitted by 09:30 AM on the closing date and opened at 10:00 AM the same day. Manual bids are not accepted.
