Road Restoration And Optical Fiber Cut Works Tender Notice

Execution of two highway works in Attock comprising restoration of road cuts for laying a 6-inch diameter pipeline over 1.50 km from Proposed TBS Muhammad Ali Chowk to opposite PSO Pump Jand, Islamabad, Tehsil Jand, District Attock, with estimated cost of 4.922 million and earnest money of 0.246 million, and restoration of road cut for laying PTCL optical fiber from PTCL Exchange to Takber Colony Chowk on Kamra Road over a length of 3.40 km, Tehsil and District Attock, with estimated cost of 5.383 million and earnest money of 0.269 million. Both works have a completion period of three months. Eligible contractors or firms must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and registered on the Punjab PPRA e-Procurement system. Earnest money of 5% of estimated cost must be uploaded in CDR form and the original CDR submitted before bid opening. The lowest evaluated bidder must provide performance security of 10% of bid amount within 15 days of the letter, in the prescribed financial forms. Item rates and total amounts must be quoted for each item and grand total. Bids are to be retrieved and opened on 17 August 2026 at 10:00 AM.
