Procurement and provision through framework contract of miscellaneous items and services on lot-wise basis for Financial Year 2026-2027, comprising - Hot & Cold items and lubricants estimated at PKR 795,000 with bid security PKR 15,900 - stationery and computer stationery items estimated at PKR 1,300,000 with bid security PKR 26,000 - miscellaneous and other items, dietary items for Muharram/Chehlum duties and hiring for services rendered estimated at PKR 1,300,000 with bid security PKR 26,000 - transport items including purchase, repair and replacement estimated at PKR 800,000 with bid security PKR 16,000 - machinery, equipment and furniture items including purchase, repair and replacement estimated at PKR 300,000 with bid security PKR 6,000 - other store items estimated at PKR 500,000 with bid security PKR 10,000. Total estimated amount is PKR 4,995,000 and total bid security is PKR 99,900. Bids shall be submitted electronically lot wise through Punjab e-Procurement System under the applicable Punjab Procurement Rules, with each lot bid covering the whole lot. Financial bids shall be inclusive of all taxes, and only technically qualified bidders shall proceed to financial evaluation. Original bid security of 2% of the estimated cost of each lot in prescribed form must be submitted before the e-bid deadline, with PDF copy uploaded online. Successful bidders shall furnish performance guarantee of 5% of contract value.
