Description
Procurement on FOR basis of Liquid Nitrogen Containers of 2 liters and 50 liters with approximate quantities of 25 and 15 respectively, Printed Ear Tags, Al Sheaths and Al Gloves with approximate quantity of 70,800 each, and chemicals and equipment for parentage confirmation for DNA diose/triose confirmation for QCL lab under the development scheme CM Punjab Herd Transformation to Enhance Livestock Productivity (Phase I), against a development budget of Rs.44.202 million. Quantities may increase or decrease according to availability of funds and quoted rates. Eligible manufacturers, firms, authorized distributors and general order suppliers must have established financial and managerial credentials and be registered with income and sales tax departments. Single Stage - Two Envelope Procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) shall apply through e-procurement, with Technical and Financial Proposals uploaded separately. Original bid security or earnest money of 2% of the total estimated price of each lot in the form of CDR from a scheduled bank of Pakistan must be submitted before opening of the technical proposal. Technical proposals will be opened after bid submission, while financial proposals of technically responsive bidders will be opened subsequently.
