Procurement Of Biological Sciences Laboratory Equipment Tender Notice
Description
Virtual University of Pakistan invites sealed tenders through EPADS v2.0 from firms registered with tax authorities and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR for procurement of equipment for laboratories of Biological Sciences under Tender No. VU/26-27/07/893. The tender fee is Rs.1,000. The complete tendering process will be carried out through EPADS v2.0 and bids submitted through any other mode will not be considered. Interested bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 and submit their bids electronically. Where applicable, bid security in the amount and form specified in the bidding documents and drawn in favor of Virtual University of Pakistan must be uploaded as a scanned copy, while the original bid security and one hard copy of the sealed bid must also be submitted physically by the bid closing deadline. Bids requiring bid security without the prescribed security will be rejected. The tender receiving time is 3:00 PM and opening time is 3:30 PM on 28 August 2026. The University reserves the right to accept or reject any bid or annul the procurement process at any stage in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004.
