Annual Procurement Of Medicines And Medical Supplies Tender Notice

Dr. Ruth K.M. Pfau Civil Hospital Karachi invites e-bids through EPADS from suppliers firms manufacturers importers and authorized distributors appearing on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR or SRB, as applicable, for annual procurement for mustahiq patients from Zakat Fund for financial year 2026-27 under Rule 46(1) Single Stage One Envelope procedure. The procurement includes - purchases of drugs and medicines - lab tests, biopsy reports and plasma apheresis - local purchases of drugs and medicines on a 24 hours and 7 days emergency basis - orthopaedic implants. The tender document cost is Rs.3,000 for each tender and bid security is 2.5 percent of the total quoted price. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS only, with original tender fee and bid security reaching the procuring agency before the e-bid submission deadline. Bids are to be opened at the Office of the Medical Superintendent, 2nd Floor, Board Room, Dr. Ruth K.M. Pfau Civil Hospital Karachi. Bidding documents contain detailed terms and conditions and are available through the Sindh EPADS portal. In case of a public holiday or unfavorable circumstances, opening will take place on the next working day. The purchaser reserves the right to reject any or all bids under relevant SPP Rules 2010.
