Procurement Of Machinery Furniture And Nerve Center Equipment Tender Notice
Description
The Deputy Commissioner Office Haripur invites e-bids through EPADS from eligible firms and suppliers registered with FBR and EPADS for procurement of machinery equipment furniture and other items for establishment of a NERVE CENTER under KPPRA Rules 2014. Detailed specifications and requirements are provided in the bidding documents available through the EPADS portal. Firms and suppliers must submit copies of CNIC and NTN or Active Taxpayer Certificate together with a certificate or affidavit confirming that the firm is not blacklisted by any client or KPPRA. Bidding will follow the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure, and bidders must provide complete postal address valid email address and telephone numbers. Rates must include all government taxes. Bids must be submitted through EPADS by 31 August 2026 at 10:00 AM and will be opened at 11:00 AM on the same day in the Additional Deputy Commissioner F&P Office Haripur in the presence of bidder representatives. A fixed bid security of Rs.400,000 in the form of CDR in favor of Deputy Commissioner Haripur is required. The successful supplier must submit additional security of 8 percent of bid cost in the form of CDR within one week. The procurement committee may reject all bids or proposals before acceptance under applicable Khyber Pakhtunkhwa procurement rules.
