Construction Renovation Repair And Equipment Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement covers Construction of Family Park - Renovation and Up-gradation of Burn Unit - Repair and Overhauling for Laundry System - Electro-Medical Equipment - IT Equipment under Annual Tender - Supply, Installation and Networking Items under Annual Tender - Angiography Materials. Bidding shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope or Single Stage Single Envelope procedures as specified for each procurement package. Bid security shall generally be 2% of the bid in the form of Call Deposit Receipt, while Angiography Materials require Rs. 500,000 bid security. Bids shall be uploaded through EPADS and original hard-copy bid security, original non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 1,500 or bank draft, and required original stamp paper must be submitted physically before the closing date and time. Bids submitted without EPADS shall not be entertained. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 19-08-2026 at 10:00 Hrs. Bids will be opened at 11:00 Hrs on the applicable opening date.
