Grocery Vegetable Bakery And Meat Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for procurement of grocery items, vegetables, meat and bakery items for the University of Health Sciences Lahore for financial year 2026-27. The procurement is divided into four lots: Grocery Items with estimated cost Rs. 14,989,389 and bid security Rs. 299,788; Vegetables with estimated cost Rs. 1,944,193 and bid security Rs. 38,884; Meat with estimated cost Rs. 3,912,200 and bid security Rs. 78,244; and Bakery Items with estimated cost Rs. 862,650 and bid security Rs. 17,253, with total estimated cost Rs. 21,708,432 and total bid security Rs. 434,169. Bids are invited from manufacturers, authorized distributors and authorized dealers registered for sales tax and income tax. Single Stage Two Envelope bidding shall be followed, with separate technical and financial proposals through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Bid security of 2% is required as refundable earnest money in the form of Bank Guarantee, CDR or Bank Cheque in favour of the Treasurer, University of Health Sciences Lahore. Taxes are applicable according to government rules and false, inaccurate or incomplete information may result in disqualification.
