Procurement Of Laboratory Columns Tender Notice
Description
Framework Contract for procurement of laboratory columns for FY 2026-27 on Delivered Duty Paid basis. E-Bids are invited from concerned registered vendors, suppliers, firms, companies and distributors having established technical, financial and managerial capabilities according to the specifications in the Standard Bidding Document. The estimated cost is Rs. 4,995,000 and bid security is 2% of the estimated cost of the lot, to be deposited digitally through the Punjab e-Procurement System. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 22nd August 2026 at 10:30 AM in the Meeting Room of the Drugs Testing Laboratory Bahawalpur. Open competitive bidding shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Technical and financial bids with required qualification documents must be uploaded through the Punjab e-Procurement System. E-bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or representatives who choose to attend.
