Framework procurement for financial year 2026-27 covers Stationery; Miscellaneous and Electrical Items and Cleanliness Items; purchase of Tyres Tubes Batteries Filters and repair of government vehicles and motorcycles; repair of Computers Printers Generators Photostat Machines and Fax Machines; Lubricants and Mobil Oil; and repair or renovation of government offices and other buildings. Estimated costs are Rs.3 million, Rs.1.6 million, Rs.6 million, Rs.1.6 million, Rs.1.6 million and Rs.5 million respectively, with 3% bid security. Income and Sales Tax registered firms and contractors are eligible. Single Stage Two Envelope procedure applies, with technical and financial proposals. Bids must be submitted through Punjab e-Procurement and sealed proposals are also specified. Bids close at 10:30 AM and open at 12:00 PM. Performance guarantee is 5% of contract value.
