Framework contract procurement of goods, repair and services of miscellaneous items and repair of other or residential buildings for financial year 2026-2027 through open competitive bidding on lot basis. Lot 1 covers Hot and Cold supplies, Conferences and Seminars, Exhibitions and Fairs, Cost of Other Store, Investigation Cost, Other items, Free Meal, Training Aid, Bed and Boxes, Tent and Tarpals, Entertainment and Gifts, Hardware, Software, Plant and Machinery, Furniture and Fixture, Hardware and Equipment, Software and IT Equipment with estimated budget of Rs.50 million and bid security of Rs.20 million as stated. Lot 2 covers POL Charges for Lubricants, Filters, Batteries, Tyres and Transport Repair with estimated budget of Rs.25 million and bid security of Rs.10 million as stated. Lot 3 covers Stationery, Printing Charges and Computer Stationery with estimated budget of Rs.10 million and bid security of Rs.4 million as stated. Lot 4 covers Repair of Office and Residential Buildings, Office Buildings, Furniture and Fixture, Machinery and Equipment with estimated budget of Rs.15 million and bid security of Rs.6 million as stated. Bidders shall submit separate e-bids for each lot and contracts will be awarded separately. Bid security shall be submitted in the prescribed form of CDR Demand Draft or Pay Order and the original instrument shall be provided before conclusion of the bid opening session. Electronic bids shall be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System and bidders are responsible for uploading bids before the deadline.
