Description

Procure various machinery and equipment for upgradation of forest development related training facilities and rehabilitation infrastructure, including furniture - mattresses - bed sheets - other hostel equipment, gym and physical training equipment, smart interactive classrooms with 86-inch interactive flat panels, auxiliary materials for training and teaching, digitization of presentation room with Zoom meeting facilities, surveillance CCTV/IP system, digital standee 3ft x 5ft display system with controller and software, solar backup system for digital infrastructure, computer lab/smart classroom hall, automatic biometric attendance system, and smart classroom with sound system and auxiliary materials. Bidding documents shall be downloaded lot-wise and completed solicitation documents with clear readable scans shall be uploaded through EPADS. Firms must be registered on EPADS and provide firm registration, authorized representative CNIC, active income tax and sales tax registration, and no litigation/non-blacklisting documentation. Lots 1 to 9 shall use Single Stage Single Envelope procedure, while Lots 10 and 11 shall use Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. For applicable two-envelope lots, technical proposals shall be submitted online and financial proposals shall be separately sealed with bid security and required affidavit. The minimum technical qualifying score is 70%, and only technically qualified financial proposals will be opened. Original bid security CDRs and applicable hard-copy documents shall be submitted through registered courier before closing. The pre-bid meeting for Lots 10 and 11 is scheduled for 24 August 2026 at 10:00 AM. The bid opening is scheduled for 1 September 2026 at 12:30 PM. Bid security is fixed separately for each lot at Rs327,800 - Rs80,600 - Rs212,000 - Rs24,000 - Rs17,600 - Rs10,000 - Rs11,400 - Rs60,000 - Rs95,000 - Rs288,000 - Rs354,000. Incomplete, conditional, late or manual bids will not be entertained, and bids will remain valid for 120 days from the closing date.
