Desilting of sewer lines having diameter 12 inch in Mohallah Jhatla Talagang city using winch machine including all associated works under EPADS system - bidders must be registered with PEC FBR PRA and submit electronic bids with bid security in form of CDR or bank guarantee - original bid security must be submitted before deadline and single stage two envelope procedure will be followed - incomplete or conditional bids will be rejected under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014
