Procurement and installation of electric vehicle charging station at Chief Minister Secretariat Quetta including supply installation commissioning and associated electrical infrastructure with open competitive bidding through single stage two envelope procedure using electronic submission via EPPS including eligibility based technical evaluation followed by financial evaluation with bid security of two percent of estimated cost performance security of five percent of contract value and bid validity of sixty days
