Procurement Of Point Of Care Testing Services Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of Point of Care Testing on reagent rental basis at PKLI and Research Center Lahore for Year 2026-2027. E-bids are invited from original manufacturers, sole distributors of foreign principals or authorized representatives of manufacturers with verifiable authorization and registration with income tax and sales tax authorities. The estimated amount is Rs 37,361,465 and bid security is Rs 747,230 representing 2% of the estimated amount. Bidding shall be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under PPRA 2014, with delivery terms of DDP PKLI and Research Center Lahore. E-bids shall be submitted online through Punjab e-Procurement and hard copies are not required. Bid security shall be paid through a PSID generated via the Punjab e-Procurement System and uploaded before closing. Bids shall be opened in the presence of bidders representatives who choose to attend. Bid validity is 180 days from the date of opening.
