Construction Of Boundary Wall Phase I Tender Notice
Description
Construction of Boundary Wall Phase-I at University of Okara under the PSDP New Scheme Development of University of Okara. The estimated cost is Rs 12,314,330 and earnest money is Rs 615,717 representing 5% of estimated cost, with a completion period of 90 days. Eligible bidders must be firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council for Financial Year 2026-2027 in Category C-6 or above. Procurement shall be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure in accordance with Clause 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. The procurement shall be carried out through the Punjab e-Procurement System and manual bids shall not be accepted. Bid security shall be deposited digitally through the Punjab e-Procurement System linked with BOP, and manual CDR or bank guarantee shall not be accepted. Item rates shall be submitted electronically and the bid validity period is 90 days from opening.
