Lease Of Restaurant And Nursery Facilities Tender Notice
Description
Lease through auction of a restaurant along with two food kiosks at Bagh-e-Jinnah, Lahore, comprising restaurant area of three kanal and kiosk area of two units measuring 10 by 20 feet each, with reserve price of Rs 7 million per annum, bid security of Rs 1.5 million and a three-year tenure extendable for one similar term. Lease also covers a nursery at Juray Pul Greenbelt, Allama Iqbal Town, Lahore, measuring 10 marla, with reserve price of Rs 1 million per annum, bid security of Rs 0.4 million and a five-year tenure extendable for one similar term. Bagh-e-Jinnah is a notified Special Premises under the Punjab Special Premises Preservation Ordinance 1985, and lessees must use only existing facility space and comply with preservation protocols without alteration or construction without prior approval. Tender forms and bidding documents are available for Rs 10,000 non-refundable for each entity. Bids shall be submitted under the Single Stage Single Envelope basis with security in the form of CDR or pay order.
