Description

Procurement covers installation of street light poles with foundations at U-Turns and entry points on Sahiwal Bypass and GT Road - installation of street light poles with foundations from Pakpattan Chowk to Bypass Sahiwal - rehabilitation, improvement and construction of metalled road from Burewala Road to Chak No 164-A/9-L, Tehsil Chichawatni, District Council Sahiwal. Works are based on TS rates as per MRS 2nd Bi-Annual 2026 and Non-Schedule Item Rates. Bidding shall be conducted through Punjab e-Procurement using Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Bid security for each work shall be submitted digitally online. Bidders shall quote item-wise rates, scan the complete bid and upload it electronically. Bid opening shall be conducted by the tender/quotation opening committee in the presence of available bidders or authorized representatives. Item rates shall be exclusive of PST/GST. Conditional, unsigned, incomplete, cut, overwritten and doubtful bids shall be rejected. Performance guarantee shall apply according to prevalent Government Rules and bidding documents. Only contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category are eligible. Successful bidders shall conduct required quality control tests at their own expense. Estimated costs are 55,885,000 with earnest money 2,794,250 for the street lighting works at U-Turns and entry points, 48,711,000 with earnest money 2,435,550 for street lighting from Pakpattan Chowk to Bypass Sahiwal, and 25,810,000 with earnest money 1,290,500 for road rehabilitation, improvement and construction.
