Procurement Of Tractor Towed Mechanical Sweeper Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of one tractor towed mechanical sweeper for Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center. E-bids are invited from original manufacturers, distributors and partners in Pakistan registered with income tax and sales tax authorities. The estimated amount is Rs 1,587,500 and bid security is Rs 31,750 representing 2% of the estimated total amount. Bidding shall be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under PPRA 2014. Delivery shall be on DDP terms. E-bids shall be submitted online through the Punjab E-Procurement System and hard copies are not required. Bid security shall be submitted electronically through Punjab e-PS and physical financial instruments including CDR or bank guarantee shall not be accepted. Bids shall be opened at 11:30 AM on the closing date in the presence of bidders representatives who choose to attend. Bid validity is 180 days from the date of opening. A pre-bid meeting shall be held at the Supply Chain Conference Hall.
