Procurement Of Uniform Items For Special Students Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of uniform items for special students, boys and girls, for the financial year 2026-27. The requirement covers three uniforms each for winter and summer seasons for 64 boys and 34 girls. The estimated cost is Rs. 800,000. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 10:00 AM on 15-10-2026 and opened at 10:30 AM the same day. Eligible firms must be registered for Income Tax and Sales Tax. Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost must be paid through PSID using 1Link or online bank transfer and the paid slip attached with the tender documents. The successful bidder must provide a 10% performance guarantee through PSID at award of contract. Rates must include all applicable taxes and bids with unauthorized cutting, overwriting, incompleteness, late submission or missing bid security shall not be considered.
