Construction And Facility Works At Paf Bases Tender Notice
Description
Provision of certain facilities at PAF Base (E) with an estimated cost of Rs. 28.014 million and provision of certain facilities at PAF Base (B) with an estimated cost of Rs. 46.020 million. Eligible firms must have experience in construction, electrical, mechanical and plumbing works or services and must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant field. Applicants must provide work orders, project locations, photographs of completed projects and satisfactory completion certificates from users, together with personnel lists, bank statements, NTN certificate and income tax returns for the last three years. Firms must be enlisted with PEC in Category C-2 or above in the relevant field with validity at least up to June 2027. Firms preferably enlisted with MES in Category A may apply, while non-enlisted firms must provide 2% refundable bid security. Contractors must certify that they are not involved in litigation with a Government Department and have no outstanding special report or recovery from the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation. Tenders will be issued to pre-qualified firms or contractors. Incomplete applications will not be entertained. The procurement covers construction works, facility development, electrical works, mechanical works, plumbing works and related services at PAF Bases, requiring PEC registration, project experience, financial documentation and applicable bid security.
