Procurement Of Furniture Equipment And Office Machinery Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of furniture, equipment and machinery for the office and camp office of the Deputy Commissioner Bahawalpur during financial year 2026-27. Bidding shall use the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure. Bid security is 5% of the total estimated amount on lot-wise basis and performance security is 3% of the total awarded amount. Tender documents are available free of cost through the PPRA website. Bids must be submitted exclusively online through the Punjab e-Procurement System and bidders must be registered on the e-Procurement System Punjab portal. Income Tax and Sales Tax registration certificates and all other documents specified in the tender document must accompany the bid. Every page of the bid must be signed and stamped and a mandatory affidavit must be attached as required. Incomplete or late bids and bids submitted through unauthorized modes will be rejected. Financial proposals will be opened only for technically qualified vendors. The procurement concerns office furniture, office equipment, machinery and related supplies for an administrative office and camp office, with lot-wise bid security, electronic submission, technical qualification and subsequent financial evaluation.
