Supply Of Pvc Power Cables Tender Notice
Description
Supply of PVC 2-Core 10mm2 cable in Lot-I quantity 2000 Km with bid security of PKR 5,440,000 and Lot-II quantity 3000 Km with bid security of PKR 8,160,000, and PVC 4-Core 25mm2 cable quantity 300 Km with bid security of PKR 3,084,000, on free delivery basis to regional stores. Material must conform to relevant WAPDA/NTDC specifications as amended. Only e-bids are acceptable through E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS Version 2.0), using Single Stage One Envelope bidding. Prices must be firm and final on FCS basis without foreign exchange involvement. Bids shall remain valid for 60 days from opening. Original sealed bid security or guarantee in the prescribed amount for each tender must be submitted before closing time in the form of Bank Guarantee or CDR issued by a scheduled Bank of Pakistan having A+ or above rating, in favor of the Chief Executive Officer. Bidders must quote the full tender quantity and partial quantity bids will not be accepted. Valid prototype approval is required where applicable. Prices entered in E-PADS shall include applicable taxes, GST, duties and statutory charges. Bids will be received electronically until 19 October 2026 at 10:30 AM and opened at 11:00 AM on the same date in the presence of participating bidders or authorized representatives. The procurement concerns PVC power cables, electrical distribution cables, two-core and four-core cables, 10mm2 and 25mm2 cable sizes, WAPDA/NTDC specification-compliant electrical material, prototype-approved electrical products and DISCO supply requirements.
