Provision Of Janitorial Services At Eobi Properties Tender Notice
Description
Provision of janitorial services at various EOBI properties situated in Lahore through e-bidding under PPRA/EPADS V2.00 using Single Stage One Envelope Least Cost procedure. Eligible and qualified bidders must provide company credentials, current commitments and completed assignments with verifiable documents, registration with SECP, Registrar of Firms or as applicable, valid Income Tax and Service/Sales Tax registration, and ATL status for Income and Sales Tax. Bidders must submit an e-Bid with mandatory refundable bid security of PKR 250,000 in the form of Deposit at Call, Bank Draft or Bank Guarantee on the prescribed format. A non-refundable bid document fee of Rs. 2,500 is payable through Pay Order or Call Deposit. An original valid affidavit on Rs. 100 non-judicial stamp paper or e-stamp paper confirming that the bidder is not blacklisted and has no litigation with any Government or Autonomous Body or between partners is required. Eligibility and qualification criteria are further specified in the Bid Data Sheet. Incomplete, late or conditional bids, joint ventures and consortiums are not allowed. The procurement concerns professional janitorial services, cleaning services, housekeeping services and facility cleaning operations for institutional properties, requiring eligible service providers with documented experience, statutory registrations, tax compliance and financial bid security.
