Prequalification Of Auditorium Chairs And Woolen Carpet Suppliers Tender Notice
Description
Pre-qualification of eligible firms, companies, manufacturers, authorized importers, distributors and suppliers registered and operating in Pakistan for subsequent procurement of imported auditorium or hall chairs and woolen carpet under the Revenue Component of the CMI ADP Scheme. The procurement covers Hall-I, Hall-II and Hall-III, Mall Complex and Hall-I and Hall-II, Cultural Complex, Lahore Arts Council. Complete pre-qualification documents are available electronically without cost and applications must be submitted through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Applicants must complete and authenticate their applications by uploading prescribed documents, and only firms successfully pre-qualified through the process will be eligible to participate in subsequent procurement proceedings. Pre-qualification does not constitute a commitment or guarantee for award of contract. A pre-bid clarification meeting is specified in the notice, and applications are subject to electronic opening. The procurement concerns imported auditorium chairs, hall chairs and woolen carpet for cultural and auditorium facilities, requiring eligible manufacturers, authorized importers, distributors and suppliers with appropriate registration and documented qualification for subsequent procurement.
