Supply of Dietary Items for the mess of Police Training College Multan for the year 2026-2027 until 30 June 2027, with estimated cost of Rs.70 million. Sealed tenders are invited from well-reputed and financially sound firms registered with GST and Income Tax Departments and registered on the e-Procurement System. Bidding shall follow Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 under the Single Stage Two Envelopes procedure. The Technical Proposal must contain specifications, make and model, catalogue, bidding documents, applicable earnest money and samples, while the Financial Proposal must contain item rates including all prescribed taxes and charges. Technical proposals will be opened on 17 October 2026 at 11:00 AM and financial proposals of technically acceptable bidders will be opened subsequently as scheduled on e-Procurement. Samples of dietary items are mandatory on the tender opening day and must conform to the specified requirements. Bid security is 3% of estimated cost in the form of CDR or Bank Draft from a scheduled bank in favour of the Commandant, Police Training College Multan, and the successful bidder must furnish a 3% performance guarantee in the same form. Incomplete, unsigned, unstamped, late or improperly submitted bids shall not be considered. The successful bidder must supply fresh Class-1 dietary articles daily to the store according to supply orders and expired dietary articles will not be accepted.
