Supply Of Civil Mechanical Electrical Items Tender Notice
Description
Supply of Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Miscellaneous Items for Construction of Mutton and Beef Wholesale Market under a 12-month Framework Contract. The estimated total cost is Rs.30,000,000 and bid security is 2% amounting to Rs.600,000, submitted through the digital bid submission method in accordance with applicable PPRA rules and procedures, with a hard copy also required by the procuring agency. Bidding shall follow the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure under Rule 38(1) of PPRA 2014. The contract period shall be 12 months and tenders received after the due date and time shall not be considered. Bidders must provide evidence of NTN, GST and PRA registration together with other documents required in the tender documents. Financial bids shall be inclusive of all taxes. Tenders must be received by 19 October 2026 at 4:30 PM and opened at 5:00 PM on the same date. Tender documents and terms of reference are available through the Punjab e-Procurement System, PPRA website and PAMCO website. The competent authority may reject all bids or proposals under Rule 35 of PPRA 2014.
