Provision of Furniture and Fixtures for newly established offices of Deputy Commissioner Office Lodhran with total estimated value of Rs.3,695,000, comprising Executive Chairs - 5 units estimated at Rs.250,000, Executive Tables with Racks - 5 units at Rs.1,250,000, Visitor Chairs - 60 units at Rs.1,320,000 and Sofa Set 7 Seater with Table and Side Table at Rs.875,000. Registered firms must submit technical and financial bids through Punjab e-Procurement in accordance with PPRA Rules 2014 as amended, using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a). Bid security is 5% of total estimated value and must be submitted through 1Link/1Bill. Tender forms are available through the Punjab e-Procurement account or PPRA website free of cost. Bids must be uploaded by 19 October 2026 at 10:00 AM and technical offers will be opened at 10:30 AM on the same date in the presence of the Procurement Committee and representatives. Financial offers of technically successful bidders will be opened subsequently, while unsuccessful financial offers will remain unopened. Supplied furniture shall undergo technical inspection and defective or substandard items must be replaced at the bidder's expense. Successful bidders must provide 10% performance guarantee through 1Link/1Bill before supply. Rates must include applicable taxes, transportation is the supplier's responsibility and payment will be made after physical and technical inspection subject to availability of funds. An affidavit on Rs.500 stamp paper confirming non-disqualification, non-blacklisting, non-conviction and absence of government legal cases is required.
