Description

Upgradation of Road Qita Alamara, District Bahawalpur ADP No.912 (2026-27), with length 3.80 KM, estimated cost Rs.800.131 million and earnest money Rs.40.007 million, and completion period of 12 months. Rehabilitation of Metalled Road from Library Chowk to Khatam-e-Nabuat Chowk, Bahawalpur, length 1.20 KM, with estimated cost Rs.186.444 million and earnest money Rs.9.322 million, with completion up to 31 December 2026. Tenders are invited from engineering firms and contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and holding a valid renewed PEC licence for financial year 2026-27 and registered on Punjab e-Procurement. Bid security of 5% must be submitted only through digital online payment using PSID via Punjab e-Procurement linked with Bank of Punjab in favour of the Executive Engineer Highways Division Bahawalpur; physical CDR, Pay Order or Demand Draft will not be accepted. The lowest evaluated bidder must submit performance security of 10% of contract amount within 15 days through digital online payment, valid for three months beyond completion or extended completion period. Bidders must quote item rates and total amounts for each item and grand total; percentage rates above or below estimated or DNIT cost will not be accepted. Responsive bids will be downloaded and quoted rates announced in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee at the Office of Commissioner Bahawalpur on 21 October 2026 at 1:00 PM. Fake information or bogus documents may result in disqualification and disciplinary proceedings. Recovery against credit of old material will be adjusted manually and TST/DST/Surfacing shall be executed by mechanized system.
