Construction Of Nallah At Village Chak Molo Tender Notice
Description
Construction of Nallah from Masjid to Saim Nallah at village Chak Molo, Hafizabad, with an estimated cost of Rs.1.756 million and bid security of Rs.87,800 at 5% of estimated cost. E-bids are invited from eligible firms, contractors and companies enlisted with relevant departments, registered on Punjab E-Procurement and with applicable tax departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax, PRA and Professional Tax, and holding a valid PEC licence in the relevant category. Bidding shall be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding under the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure through Punjab E-Procurement. Bid security shall be paid online through the Punjab e-Procurement system before uploading the bid. Bids must be submitted online by 16 October 2026 at 11:00 AM and opened at 11:30 AM on the same date in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives. The bidder must submit a fresh affidavit confirming that the firm has neither been blacklisted by PPRA nor is currently in litigation. Lowest rates shall be accepted through e-procurement subject to approval by the competent authority. The successful bidder shall furnish performance guarantee under Rule 56 of PPRA Rules 2014, and additional performance security requirements may apply where the lowest bid is equal to or less than 5% of the estimated cost. Item-wise rates must be clearly quoted and incomplete, ambiguous, unsigned, unstamped or non-readable bids shall be rejected. The bidder must execute the agreement on prescribed stamp paper before issuance of work order and undertake required quality control tests at its own expense where required.
