Supply Of Uniforms And Shoes For Special Students Tender Notice
Description
Provision of Summer/Winter Uniform with Shoes, Girls Scout Uniform with PT Shoes and White Dupatta items for special students for the financial year 2026-27. The estimated procurement cost is PKR 4,000,000 and bid security is stated at 5% of the estimated cost, namely PKR 200,000. E-bids must be submitted through EPADS by EPADS-registered suppliers under the Single Stage One Envelope procedure. The e-bid submission and opening are scheduled for 15 October 2026 at 11:00 AM on EPADS. Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions are available free of cost through EPADS, Punjab e-Procurement and PPRA websites. The original hard-copy bid security CDR for the stated amount must also be submitted in favour of the Principal before the e-bid submission closing time, failing which the bid will be rejected. Successful bidder shall deposit performance guarantee at 8% of the contract amount and execute a contract agreement before issuance of supply order. Rates must be quoted in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of applicable taxes, which will be deducted according to government rules. E-bid validity shall be six months from publication of the bid evaluation report. The competent authority may reject bids or proposals according to the evaluation criteria and shall communicate grounds for rejection without being required to justify them.
