Supply Of Microscope For Gastroenterology Center Services Ho Tender Notice

SIMS/Services Hospital Lahore invites e-bids for purchase of medical equipment under the ADP scheme for upgradation of the State of the Art Gastroenterology Center. Item 1 is a microscope, quantity 1, with estimated cost of Rs. 0.603 million and bid security equal to 2% of estimated cost. Procurement mode is DDP and single certification is required as mentioned in clause 3.4. Bidders must be manufacturers, sole agents or authorized agents of foreign principals, registered on Punjab e-Procurement System and with relevant registration and tax authorities. Procurement follows Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. E-bids close on 29 October 2026 at 11:00 AM and open at 11:30 AM. Bid validity is 180 days. Only electronically submitted bid security is acceptable; physical CDR, Pay Order or Bank Guarantee is not accepted. Pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 05 October 2026 at 11:00 AM.
