Framework contract for purchase and provision of miscellaneous items and services on an item-wise basis until 30 June 2027, covering Stationery with estimated amount Rs. 4 million and bid security Rs. 120,000 - Cost of Store Items Rs. 2 million and bid security Rs. 60,000 - Computer Stationery Rs. 2 million and bid security Rs. 60,000 - Others Rs. 2 million and bid security Rs. 60,000. E-bids shall be submitted electronically through EPADS under the stated Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Single Stage Two Envelope procedure, with technical and financial proposals inclusive of taxes. Bid submission closes on 28 October 2026 at 11:00 AM and bids open at 11:30 AM. Original bid security equal to 3% of estimated cost must be submitted before the deadline in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order of a scheduled bank in favor of District & Sessions Judge Multan. Successful bidders must provide 10% performance guarantee. Technical samples or brochures are mandatory where applicable. E-bid validity extends to 30 June 2027.
