Laying Storm Water System From 32 Chowk Tender Notice
Description
Laying of storm water system from 32-Chowk to Niazi Chowk Ravi Road Lahore. Bids are invited from contractors firms and companies registered on Punjab e-Procurement System having valid PEC license in category C-5 or above with specialization codes CE-09 and CE-10 and registered with FBR and PRA with active filer NTN and PNTN. Single Stage Two Envelopes bidding procedure shall be used. Bids must be submitted online through Punjab e-Procurement System by uploading PDF files and hard copies will not be accepted. The digital bid security is 3% of estimated cost amounting to Rs. 912,753.09 in favor of WASA Lahore and must be verifiable on the e-procurement system. Only technically responsive bidders will qualify for financial bid opening and technically non-responsive financial bids will remain unopened. Corrupt unreadable or virus-containing submissions will be rejected. Conditional tenders and bids submitted by post or telegraph will not be accepted. Rates must be quoted against each DNIT/BOQ item and percentage-based quotations will be rejected. Bid validity is 120 days and the estimated cost is Rs. 30,425,103.
