Repair And Maintenance Of Transformers Tender Notice
Description
Repair and maintenance of transformers at PK-63, District Charsadda. The work is based on MRS 2025 1st Bi Annual and Non-MRS items and is invited through EPADS from government contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and enlisted with the Communication and Works Department under the applicable centralized enlistment policy for the current financial year. Bidding shall follow the single stage single envelope procedure. The estimated cost is Rs. 21.00 million and bid security at 2% is Rs. 420,000 in the form of CDR. Original bid security and any additional security must be submitted through registered courier to the designated office before the bid closing time, while details must be entered in EPADS. Rates may be quoted above below or at par with the Engineer's Estimate. Where rates are more than 20% below the Engineer's Estimate, detailed rate analysis with valid supporting documentation is required. Bids remain valid for 90 days from closing. PEC FBR and KPRA registrations and active taxpayer status must be valid for the current financial year.
